Booking confirmation by e-mail / SMS.
You will receive an email confirmation with the reservation and if you wish, you may request that we confirm your booking by mobile SMS.
Cancellation of booking.
For all Suite reservations, we require a 7 day cancellation notice. For Guest Bedroom reservations up to and including 3 nights, we will require at least 72hrs cancellation notice but only when you book direct. Long length reservations: 4 nights or more, we require at least 7 days’ notice if cancelling or amending your booking. Otherwise, full charges for accommodation will apply and will be deducted from the credit card number supplied to guarantee your booking. In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your reference number, as well as the email address used to cancel the reservation. You are advised to keep a copy of your cancellation email to confirm the booking has been cancelled.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply to no-shows.
If you made your booking with a third-party website (Booking.com, Expedia, etc) or an online travel agent you will have to contact that company directly, as our reservations team are not permitted to cancel, amend or change third-party website bookings
